We make a varied selection of cakes, both individual and family size. Traditional favourites such as Lemon Cake, made with fresh lemons sell alongside American style Muffins, filled with blackcurrants, cherry or chocolate chips.
Doughnuts have always been a family favourite. Ours are oozing with
delicious Tiptree Raspberry jam, topped with Belgian chocolate curls or
just plain sugar.
Danish pastries are made with 100% butter with the addition of almonds,
apples, sultanas or apricots and topped with a scrumptious apricot flavoured
icing.
Bath Buns with sultanas, flavoured with lemon and topped with nib sugar or
Chelsea Buns with currants, sultanas, dark muscovado sugar and cinnamon.
Cherry Bun Loaf bursting with cherries and mixed vine fruits, superb with
butter or even lightly toasted.
Family Size Cakes in a range of recipes such as Lemon, Coffee & Walnut,
Double Chocolate, and Farmhouse Fruit Cake made with Spelt flour.
