Terms & Conditions
We hate ‘small print’, but there are few things that we need to let you know, so we’ll try and keep it short and sweet.
- We make all our products by hand, so at busy times of the year such
as Christmas we may run out of some items. We do all we can to make sure
you are not disappointed, but we have to say that everything on our website
is offered for sale subject to availability. If we can’t supply what you want,
we promise to let you know as soon as we can.
- If for some reason we have had to change the recipe or the shape and design
of a product, we will do our best to offer you an item of a similar or even
better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement,
you can return it for a full refund – see Our Returns Policy section for
more information.
- Our prices include VAT where appropriate. We try to ensure that all prices
on our website are accurate, but we’re only human and sometimes an error
escapes our scrutiny. If this happens we will supply your goods at the
lower price, unless it’s a significant mistake, in which case we’ll contact
you first to explain and give you the option to cancel your order.
- If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel your order
before it is despatched by calling us on +44 (0)20 8449 0790.
- Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right
to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working
days of delivery. Exceptions are: foodstuffs, beverages, and any item made
specifically for you. We are therefore only able to accept cancellation of
an order if it has not been despatched. For more information please see

our Privacy Policy section.
- From time to time we may have to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
UK Delivery
To give the best possible service we use a fully traceable courier service for the majority of our orders. We believe it's worth it to ensure everything arrives safely. You can order as much as you want for the single charge, so long as it is to one private address in the UK and does not exceed 20 kilos in weight. For each further 20 kilos the rates below apply.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.00am until 6.00pm and require a signature on receipt. If no-one is at home, a card will be left and delivery will be attempted on the next working day. Parcels can also be collected from the depot. If you wish to track your parcel please call us. On occasion, we are able to offer a First Class Post alternative.

We regret that we currently do not deliver to countries outside the UK
Checkout
When you choose your delivery date in the checkout, please be aware that these are week ending dates and that your parcel will arrive during that week.
Our Returns Policy
At Victoria Bakery we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that you are not absolutely delighted with your order, our Returns Policy explains what you can do.
Damaged Items
All our parcels are carefully packed by hand in our Craft Bakery. Should your order be damaged in transit, we will be pleased to collect the damaged parcel and replace it. Please see 'To return an item' (below) for details of how to return damaged goods to us.
Delivery Charges and other services
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or the goods are damaged, or you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred by you (both for its initial delivery and for the cost of you returning it to us.) In all other circumstances where Victoria Bakery is not at fault, delivery costs will be your responsibility.
To return an item
To arrange collection, please contact Victoria Bakery giving the reason for the return. We would normally use a courier to collect any damaged goods at our expense and at your convenience. Should you be returning an order because you are not satisfied, please tell us why and return it in the original packaging. Our contact details are in 'Contact Us'. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an item
